Reporting to the Product Manager, you will be the champion of our Salesforce ecosystem; optimising business processes, increasing user adoption and training our team. You will be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal functionality and data integrity. You will also provide training and support to end users, helping them maximise the platform's potential.
