Job Description
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator you will be a key member in helping our clients achieve their aims of enriching their customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your responsible for delivery of the following services:
Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns. Execute audience segmentation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilizing SQL, Automation Studio Configure, test, and deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Estimate effort required to implement proposed solutions. Monitor technical performance of assets and test/troubleshoot. Build and maintain solution-related, campaign-related documentation.
