Job Description

Salesforce Administrator (m/f) for CRM domain at Airbus Helicopters (Albacete).

Responsibilities

• Manage, drive and monitor delivery of Digital projects in the Customer Relationship Management domain.
• Maintain stability, performance, operability of CRM solutions (Salesforce, AirbusWorld portal, technical request apps, custom web apps).
• Act as liaison between internal teams, MSPs and users to ensure service excellence.
• Ensure health, configuration and technical evolution of Salesforce platform.
• Execute technical support for Salesforce Org refreshes.
• Manage release and audit action plans.
• Monitor licenses and manage re‑harvesting.
• Document changes in ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Resolve Level 2 incidents, create technical knowledge articles, route complex incidents to Level 3 groups.
