Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM implementation, or consulting within high-growth SaaS, AI, or digital businesses.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, with hands-on experience in configuring workflows, Process Builder, Flows, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
