Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with demonstrated leadership in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Strong hands‑on experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce core data model, security, automation, and configuration.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
• Experience delivering complex Salesforce projects in a client‑facing environment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• Nice to have (Not required): Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
