Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant (L2 level) with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end functional delivery, from requirements gathering through solution design and configuration, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements 
Translate business needs into user stories and manage backlog structure 
Design scalable, end-to-end Salesforce solutions 
Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities 
Collaborate with architects and technical teams 
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders
