Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Salesforce integration developers in end-to-end delivery of integration solutions across enterprise applications and platforms. Own sprint-level delivery of Salesforce integration workstreams — planning, execution, quality, and release — aligned to the integration architecture. Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate integration requirements into technical designs and implementation tasks. Build and maintain APIs, middleware integrations, event-driven solutions, and data synchronization flows using Salesforce platform capabilities and integration tools. Lead hands-on development using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or other enterprise integration platforms; set implementation standards for the team.
