Job Description
Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Enable SFMC functionality and integrations. Provide best practice guidance.
- Act as consultant for SFMC.
- Estimate effort for change requests/enhancements on the platform and implement under the guidance of the architect.
- Lead a small team of Developers to design, implement, and optimize cross‑channel campaigns. Perform testing of the implemented functionality/automations.
- Mentor cross‑functional teams and lead workshops, requirement gathering and solution design sessions.
- Publish implementation documentation.
- SIT support, UAT support, PROD deployment, go‑live and hyper‑care support.
Qualifications and Skills - Demonstrate ten to twelve years of project management experience delivering technology projects with a focus on marketing automation or customer engagement platforms. ...
