Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the Salesforce platform, integrations, and custom applications Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and business analysts to ensure timely resolution Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across different Salesforce instances (e.g., sandboxes, production). Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and customisations Participate in release management activities, including smoke testing and post-deployment validation Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and best practices.
