Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Leadwith strong Telecom BSS expertise to architect, deliver, and support enterprise‑gradeSalesforce solutions for Fiber (FTTH/FTTx) and Postpaid Enterprise Mobility.
The role requires hands-on experience inSalesforce Communication Cloud (Vlocity/OmniStudio) and ownership of supportoperations, production stability, and application maintenance.
Required Skills
. 7-12+years Salesforce experience (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows,OmniStudio).
. StrongTelecom BSS domain knowledge-Fiber & Postpaid customer lifecycle, billing,usage, disputes, plan/add-on changes.
. MandatoryCommunication Cloud experience (EPC, OmniStudio, CPQ).
. Strongunderstanding of integration patterns, performance tuning, and high-volumetransaction handling.
. Hands-onsupport operations experience aligned to ITIL processes.
