Job Description Salesforce Technical Lead (Hybrid)

Experience: 6 to 7 years of Salesforce engineering experience, including Apex, LWC, APIs, and Flows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Delivery Collaboration

Support the Salesforce Architect during discovery and requirement‐definition sessions. Provide technical feasibility assessments for data models, integration needs, automations, and platform constraints. Translate architectural decisions into detailed technical designs and development tasks. Participate in client demos, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs. Work with product owners and business SMEs to refine requirements and ensure solution alignment.
