Job Duties and Responsibilities Manage export and domestic customers. Maintaining customer relationship and develop and onboard new export or domestic customers. Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Provide technical assistance to new and existing customers. Prepare quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales budget and ensure budget is achievable. Perform quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales budget review and explain the variances. Oversee coordination with relevant departments on meeting customers' requirements. Prepare sales quotation for all existing and new customers. Submit application for customer credit limit and terms. Follow-up on customers complaints according ISO9001:2015 management procedures.
