Provide support to SAP AMS Team by solving SAP related user requests, smaller projects and change requests, advising key users on SAP best practices, customizing and developing within the SAP ECC modules N/N module.
Provide ITIL based user support using Ticket system.
Maintain SOx compliance.
Configure, develop on, and maintain our SAP system.
Take care of application support, change management, enhancements, legal/fiscal changes and new process requirements.
Member of the ERP SAP AMS Team, providing business-as-usual functionalities.
Resolve assigned tickets within SAP AMS specific SLAs.
Cooperate with internal and external resources.
Work with and guide internal users and consultants in support cases as well as in projects.
Produce and maintain appropriate documentation on processes, customizations, enhancements, etc.
Train key users on SAP functions.
