• SAP CPI & SuccessFactors certifications are preferred with 2+ years’ of development experience as SAP CPI consultant in interface projects.
• Proven experience as an SAP CPI Consultant with a focus on SuccessFactors integrations (including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc.).
• Strong understanding of integration design patterns, data mapping, transformation techniques, and API management. Proficiency in integration protocols and standards such as SOAP, REST and OData
