Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional or technical solutions.
- Configure, customize, and implement SAP modules based on business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform GAP analysis, and suggest improvements.
- Provide guidance on SAP best practices and business process optimization.
- Support SAP system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Assist with data migration, system upgrades, and SAP patch implementations.
- Provide end‑user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues in a timely manner.
- Work with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers for successful project delivery.
