About the Role

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll specialist to join our AMS practice. You will support, maintain, and improve payroll solutions for our clients handling everything from daily ticket resolution to complex configuration changes and payroll compliance.

What You'll Do

• Manage AMS tickets (incidents, service requests, change requests) within agreed SLAs
• Support and execute payroll runs including off-cycle, retroactive, and corrections
• Configure and maintain payroll schemas, wage types, and calculation rules
• Handle EC master data replication and integration issues impacting payroll
• Implement statutory and tax compliance updates as required
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues with root cause analysis
• Prepare service reports and participate in client governance calls
• Document solutions and contribute to the team knowledge base
