About the Job

• To be responsible for SAP FICO enhancement, support & implementation (if any).
• To own SAP FICO operation as L2 or L3
• To ensure SAP FICO is operational and stable covering GL, AP, AR, CO-AA and other submodules.
• To manage a cross functional team eg SAP BASIS, SAP BW/BI, SAP HR & others (each team has their own team lead who report to this role)
• Act as escalation owner for complex and business-critical SAP incidents
• Lead, coach, and develop the local SAP operations team
