At Amaris Consulting, we partner with leading general companies to deliver cutting‑edge SAP solutions. We are now looking for an SAP Fiori ESS/MSS Functional & Technical Consultant (S/4HANA HCM) to join our team and support a large‑scale HR digitalization project (10,000+ employees worldwide). You will be the key reference for the design and rollout of Employee Self‑Service (ESS) and Manager Self‑Service (MSS) solutions on SAP S/4HANA HCM, working closely with HR, IT, Security and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HRIS or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Fiori implementations.
• At least 3 full‑cycle ESS/MSS implementations.
• Experience in large environments (5,000+ employees).
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA projects.

• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time Management, Payrol...
