As part of the KLK OLEO Global SAP Team, the role includes but not limited to SAP PP, QM and PM modules in terms of design, analysis, development, documentation, testing and support work related to the modules. Role and Responsibilities:
- SAP Support:
- Provide first-level global SAP support, inclusive of the monitoring, tracking of incidents and service/change requests in meeting service level obligations.
- Escalate critical issues/problems to second-level support or immediate superior for prompt technical, resolution and development.
- Act as liaison between business users and technical team for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve SAP-related problems.
