Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Human Resources team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Certis S4 Implementation. Responsibilities:
Lead lift-and-shift of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Evaluation from ECC to S/4HANA.
Own Time Management design — schemas, schedules, quotas, OT, allowances.
Deliver Singapore statutory payroll (CPF, IRAS, SDL, SHG).
Design SuccessFactors EC S/4HANA HCM integration and the payroll-to-FI/CO posting interface.
Lead and run the H2E workshops and advise on the future-state unified HR platform direction (S/4HANA HCM vs. SuccessFactors ECP).
Lead the onshore/offshore payroll & time team through parallel runs, data migration, cutover, and hyper-care.
Expert proficiency in SAP Talent & HR is required. Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors is recommended. Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll is suggested.
