Job Description:
We are looking for experienced SAP HR/HCM BIB Consultants with expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring SAP BIB and managing bidirectional interfaces for seamless employee data replication and migration.
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience in SAP HR / SAP HCM
• Strong experience in SAP BIB configuration
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration scenarios
• Experience in data replication and interface management
• Understanding of employee master data processes
