SAP IBP Expert

Role Overview:

Experienced consultant to lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, working across multiple industries (Retail focus).

Key Responsibilities:

• Full SAP IBP implementation lifecycle (requirements → go-live)
• Configure modules: Demand, Supply & Inventory, S&OP, and Control Tower
• Stakeholder workshops and business process translation into SAP solutions
• Integration with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems (via CPI)
• Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities

Must Have:

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experience
• Strong knowledge of at least 2 IBP modules
• S/4HANA or ECC integration experience
• Fluent English (B2+)

Nice to Have:

• IBP R&S, SAC, SAP CPI, IBP certification, Agile/SAFe
• Background in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or life sciences
