Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements

Responsibilities

• Work with Newmont’s, SCM IT lead and offshore support team and analyze the incidents created.
• Work with the technical team to analyze the errors related to ABAP or Interfaces.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including IT, Operations, and Supply Chain, to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes and enhancements.
• Create documentation for the enhancements, improvements, process flows and system configuration.
• Providing ongoing support to Newmont users for the SAP MM module
• Able to resolve incidents within SLA independently.
