Key Responsibilities
Manage End-to-End O2C Processes:
Handle sales order processing, deliveries, billing, and returns with operational excellence. Configure & Support Core SD Areas: Pricing procedures, condition techniques, and tax determination Billing types, copy controls, and output determination Handle Contract Management:
Work with scheduling agreements, value contracts, and service contracts. Support Export/Import Processes:
Manage export documentation, Incoterms, shipping, and compliance requirements. Drive Cross-Module Integration:
Integrate SAP SD with FI (Accounts Receivable), MM (Procurement), and logistics modules. Manage Logistics Execution:
Oversee shipping, transportation, route determination, and delivery scheduling. Resolve Issues & Support Operations:
