We are currently seeking a SAP Security Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico. Reporting directly to the SAP Operations and Delivery Manager, you will be a critical part of a team providing support for the end‑to‑end Materials, Warehouse, and Inventory Management value stream in the SAP production environment. You will work directly with business users and SMEs on tickets that may involve functional configuration, functional and light technical analysis, solution development, testing, validation, documentation, troubleshooting, data validation and correction, and end‑user training. You will also be responsible for timely resolution of end‑user tickets to meet service levels and KPIs, standard monitoring activities, user clarification on issues, coordination of user acceptance testing, documentation, and ownership of tasks required to move changes into production.
