Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesSuccessFactors Reporting & Dashboard Development
* Build, enhance, and automate SuccessFactors reports across relevant modules.
* Develop a multi layered People Analytics dashboard, based on the hiring manager's example output, including:
o Executive level summary view.
o Breakdown by Business Unit (e.g., SCM, AAD, Ref Wholesale, Finance, Network businesses).
o Breakdown by state.
* Use existing templates and background data structures but refine, reorganise, and rebuild where required to make them fit for purpose.
