TCS is Hiring for SAP SuccessFactors-Succession, Development
Exp: 5 to 10 Years

Must Have Skills:
5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Employee Central
SAP SuccessFactors Certified Consultant in Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Development
Strong functional knowledge of the system, specifically Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Development
Good Experience in SuccessFactors platform functionalities, such as story reports, Role based permissions etc..
Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
Experience in E2E Testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT)
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
Nice to Have Skills:
