Job Responsibilities:

*Act as the lead technical expert in SAP BASIS, providing guidance and high-level L3 troubleshooting for a wide variety of systems and products.

*Design and implement complex SAP BASIS projects, coordinating all related activities and technical workstreams.

*Manage a diverse portfolio of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and rigorous quality control.

*Provide technical mentorship and training to junior team members, serving as the primary point of escalation for critical landscape issues.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business area representatives to ensure high levels of trust and satisfaction.

*Collaborate with leadership to identify new technological opportunities and optimize the profitability and efficiency of SAP operations.

*Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, technical procedures, and operational annexes.
