Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA Change Management professional to support enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for driving organizational readiness, user adoption, and effective communication throughout the change lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute change management activities for SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments across business functions
- Develop and deliver integrated change plans including communications, training, and adoption strategies
- Partner with business, IT, and SAP delivery teams to align change activities with program milestones
