Role & responsibilities

• Install and align satellite dishes and cable TV connections at customer premises
• Set up and configure IPTV services, including routers and set-top boxes
• Lay and terminate coaxial and Ethernet cables
• Operate and maintain cable TV and IP headend systems, including encoders, multiplexers, IRDs, modulators, and IPTV platforms
• Monitor RF and IP signal quality to ensure seamless service delivery
• Perform routine testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance of headend equipment
• Troubleshoot issues related to signal loss, interference, and network connectivity
• Maintain logs, documentation, and inventory of headend/lab equipment
• Coordinate with engineering and network teams for issue resolution and system upgrades
