Job Purpose

The Team Leader – Order Management is responsible for leading the team supporting end-to-end order management activities within the Shared Business Services organization. This role ensures the reliable execution of order confirmation processes, customer link validation, and related support activities, while driving consistency, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the order management flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the operational execution of order management activities with accuracy and consistency.
• Manage order confirmation processes, including SAP aATP PAL exceptions.
• Monitor daily operational flows and ensure timely resolution of exceptions and urgent issues.
