Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to specifications. Ensure scaffolding is erected, added to, altered, or dismantled in accordance with the approved design. Supervise scaffolders during erection and dismantling processes. Supervision and Management:
Lead, coordinate, and supervise scaffolders and other workers to ensure tasks are completed on time. Assign daily tasks to scaffolders and monitor progress. Ensure all workers are equipped with proper safety equipment at all times. Safety and Compliance:
