Scent Design Associate - Body Care based in our Scent Creative Center in Dubai.

To collaborate across functions and levels to contribute creatively to the development and introduction of new fragrance themes, technologies, consumer solutions, ideas and new development processes.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Manage Go-To-Market Projects and implement innovative fragrance development strategies
• Connect market, customer and consumer needs to identify, develop and/or recommend competitive product solutions to drive business results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (perfumers, technical, consumer insights, marketing) to uncover challenges and opportunities and develop new fragrance solutions and capabilities
