Position Purpose
The Scheduler plays a vital role in supporting timely, compassionate Home Health care across Southeast Michigan. In this position, you will coordinate patient schedules with a focus on clinician continuity, ensuring that each individual receives care from the most appropriately skilled team members. You will use sound judgment to manage scheduling and rescheduling needs, communicate proactively with patients and care teams, and support smooth daily operations across multiple disciplines and locations.
