UPMC is hiring a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to support their Magee Women's Surgical Associates team at UPMC Magee Womens Hospital. Magee Womens Surgical Associates treats benign and malignant breast conditions. The department includes 8 surgeons that practice at Magee and several community locations.

This position will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments and communicating with patients prior to and following receipt of outpatient services. Previous experience working in a medical office setting and scheduling experience is a plus!

Hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. No evenings, weekends, or holidays. Some travel to community locations may be required to support staffing needs, as needed.

Responsibilities:

+ Request assistance from nurses, medics, APPs and/or MD, if there is a question of severity of illness or symptoms.
