36 hours per week. Salary £27,254 (SP9) – £30,024 (SP15) per annum, pro rata.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day‑to‑day management of independent living schemes, ensuring safe and smooth operation.
- Enable tenants to live confidently, independently and positively in their own homes.
- Provide tailored welcome and induction upon moving in, liaise on tenants’ behalf with statutory or voluntary agencies as needed, and support in emergencies.
- Arrange social events for tenants and agree individual housing support plans.
- Oversee the physical environment within the scheme to maintain a clean, well‑maintained living environment.
Qualifications
