Our Operations Cluster team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Schemes Management and Settlement Officer .
In this role you will be responsible for the validation of initial chargeback on disputed credit card transactions based on schemes' rules and regulations and processing of dispute progression or escalation. You will also be responsible for the validation of advisories to cardholders of the resolution and status of the disputed transactions.
