This position exists in our elementary school supporting students in grades PK through 3.

Job Qualifications


+ New York State certification as a School Social Worker required.



+ Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.



+ Ability to make a commitment to academic excellence.



+ Have an ability to communicate effectively with staff and students.



+ Ability to work independently, facilitate group dynamics, exercise good judgment and show initiative
