Lab of Immune Regulation, Resolution & Tolerance at Singapore Immunology Network (SIgN) seeks a motivated and interdisciplinary postdoctoral scientist to join our team in the field of autoimmunity. Successful candidate will lead and contribute to advancing our understanding of immune tolerance affected in autoimmunity, namely in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and lupus nephritis (LN). In particular, the candidate will explore myeloid and lymphocyte crosstalk during disease progression and investigate regulatory T cell deficits in SLE utilizing pre‑clinical mouse models, with opportunity to expand findings to human samples.

• Investigate the dynamic changes in immune composition and cross‑talk during disease progression from SLE to lupus nephritis.
