**MAIN FUNCTION:**
This subject matter expert in non-volatile analytical chemistry will be leading and executing on our longer-term projects, while also running analyses on a broad range of commercially important samples, including beverages, foods and flavors using a multitude of instruments (UPLC-MS, UPC2-MS, UPLC), adjusting and developing methods as needed.

**DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED:**

+ Advanced role delivering analytical insight to CD&D, R&D and the broader business.
+ Will perform daily laboratory tasks such as:
+ Non-volatile analysis using UPLC-MS, UPC2-MS and UPLC
+ Sample preparation (foods, beverages, flavors, etc.)
+ Method development, analysis, method validation
+ Maintenance and simple instrument repairs
