Job responsibilities

• Develop and innovate critical flat optics modules. Drive multi‑functional teams to optimize existing process flows and develop new innovative integration solutions to meet potential product requirements and manufacturability.
• Develop or redefine critical criteria/aspects for optimal design performances and process capability. Initiate DOE (Design of Experiments) evaluations to characterize process window for new design/product requirements.
• Pro‑active in evaluating and implementing new integration schemes. Establish proof of concept for future tech roadmap.
• Take on an active attitude to summarize complex problems, explain actions taken to address them with clarity, and align with unit process, design and fabrication teams.
