The SCM Manager of the Malaysia subsidiary is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain, including OEM production, and export operations, while acting as a control tower connecting distributors, OEM partners, headquarters, and the APAC organization.
In a structure where the company does not directly hold inventory, this role leads the full execution of OEM production, export, and supply operations based on demand secured by the sales team. At the same time, the SCM Manager is responsible for establishing early-stage SCM processes and stabilizing the organization.
