Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare instruments and equipment required for surgical procedures.
2. Ensure the cleanliness, sterility and functionality of instruments and the operating room.
3. Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgeries.
4. Maintain accurate records of equipment and implants used.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and clinical protocols.
6. Provide technical support in the maintenance and operation of medical equipment.
7. Communicate with the medical team to ensure all clinical needs are met.
