Role: Scrum Lead (Project Management)

Summary: We are seeking a success-driven IT professional who can perform as a Scrum Master/Project Manager.



Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that these meetings are effective, efficient, and focused on achieving sprint goals.


• Create capacity based workplans for the team for different time horizons (release, sprint etc.) and highlight when there are capacity concerns.


• Proactively manage the plan to ensure that the team stays on track. Continuously assess risks and mitigate them.
