Your role

We’re looking for a Scrum Master Chapter Leader to guide Agile transformation within ABB’s Smart Power Division.

In this key position, you’ll oversee the rollout and adoption of Agile practices, building a culture of ongoing improvement and data-informed decision‑making. As part of the Power Distribution Alliance, you will lead Scrum Masters in the “Distribution & Energy Management” and “Protection & Switching” agile units, working alongside two Agile Unit Leads and an Alliance Agile Coach to deliver high‑quality results.

Your Responsibilities
