Scrum Master

The Scrum Master is responsible for enabling Agile teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively. This role facilitates core Scrum ceremonies, coaches team members in Agile principles, and proactively removes impediments to maintain productivity.

The position works closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity and prioritisation, tracks team performance using Agile metrics, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.

The Scrum Master applies strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), excellent facilitation skills, and collaborative leadership to support both team-level delivery and wider organisational Agile transformation initiatives.
