The Role
Lead and scale our SDR function across Asia. You'll drive pipeline generation, coach a high-performing team, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to execute our GTM strategy.
Location: Singapore or Kuala Lumpur (hybrid/remote)
Responsibilities
Build and manage an SDR team (inbound/outbound) Own pipeline and performance KPIs Hire, onboard, and coach SDRs Improve conversion rates and outreach effectiveness Partner cross-functionally on GTM execution Implement tools, reporting, and scalable processes
