Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sea Export Executive for handling end-to-end Sea Export operations, including customer coordination, quotation management, documentation, and shipment execution. The role requires strong coordination with customers, sales teams, and internal branches to ensure smooth and timely export processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Quotation & Enquiry Management :
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely quotations for Sea Export shipments.
Follow up with customers on quotes to convert enquiries into confirmed business.
Update enquiries and quotation details accurately in the system.
Coordinate with the sales team and various branches for pricing, routing, and shipment updates.
Sea Export Operations:
Coordinate with the export operations team to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.
