Expected Duties Operational Oversight – Coordinate Sea Freight operations, including booking cargo, container loading, documentation, and customs clearance. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the company’s transportation management systems (TMS) or relevant software. Monitor vessel schedules, port activities, and shipping routes to optimize shipment planning and minimize delays. Customer Service – Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Collaborate with customer service teams to provide accurate and timely updates to clients regarding shipment status and potential delays.
