As a Seafreight Operations Manager at Westwing, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and cost-efficient ocean freight flows across our international supply chain network. We are looking for a hands-on logistics professional with a strong operational and commercial mindset, who will take ownership of end-to-end seafreight execution and help shape scalable freight processes for our growing global sourcing footprint. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own and manage end-to-end seafreight operations from booking to arrival across key sourcing regions, including India and Asia

Coordinate and manage daily collaboration with shippers, freight forwarders, carriers, shipping lines, and consolidation partners to ensure reliable shipment execution and proactive issue resolution
